If you’re a Guide or Ranger aged 11–16, Adventure Unlocked is your chance to discover some amazing international opportunities! Join us for a fun-filled day of challenges, activities and new experiences, make new friends and find out which adventure could be waiting for you.
We’re running three Adventure Unlocked days across the county, giving Guides and Rangers the chance to explore the exciting international opportunities available in 2028.
Could you see yourself joining thousands of Guides and Scouts at an international jamboree in the UK, exploring Belgium, experiencing the sights and culture of Mexico, or applying for another international adventure through Girlguiding North West England?
Throughout the day, you’ll work in teams to plan your dream trip, taste foods from around the world, get creative with international crafts and take on some fun challenges. You’ll also have the chance to meet other Guides and Rangers who might just become your future travelling companions!
And it’s not just about having fun. By the end of the day, we’ll help you discover which of the 2028 opportunities could be the best match for you, based on your interests and preferences and explain how you can take the next step towards making your adventure a reality.
Never travelled abroad before? No problem! Not sure where you’d like to go? That’s fine too! You don’t need any previous international experience — just enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
