DESCRIPTION:We are running two information evenings for older Guides (aged 13 and above)\, Rangers and Young Leaders on Thursday 22nd September and Thursday 29th September. \nThe venue is Adventure Medlock (Active Tameside)\, Gardenfold Way\, Droylsden\, Manchester M43 7XU \nThe sessions will run from 6pm to 8pm but participants will need to attend a briefing at 5:45pm.  A snack and drink will be provided but this will not constitute a full meal. \nThe evenings will have two elements \n\nA free sporting activity (Clip and climb)\nA chance to find out more about opportunities for their age group.  This will include:\n\nInternational opportunities\nService crew at Seven Springs campsite\nDuke of Edinburgh Award\nQueen’s Guide award\nMoving from Guides to Rangers and/or becoming a Young Leader\nFor those 17 and over\, a chance to learn more about Inspire (the group for those aged 18-30)\n\n\n\nThe sessions are free\, but they do need to be booked.  Places will be allocated on a first come\, first served basis upon receipt of completed consent forms. \nYou will need to arrange transport to and from the venue and parents can stay if it’s easier. \nTo book a place for 22nd September click here. \nTo book a place for 29th September click here. \nUpon receipt of booking\, consent forms and further information will be sent.
