The event will take place across Saturday 22nd and Sunday 22rd November at Linnet Clough Scout Camp Site, Gibb Lane, Stockport, SK6 5NB.

Morning sessions will run from 10am to 12.30pm. Units can stay until 1.15pm to eat their packed
lunch (which they will bring with them).

The afternoon session will run from 2.30pm to 5pm. Units may arrive from 1.45pm if they wish, and eat any food they wish to bring with them.

The overnight session will start with arrival at 5.30pm with an evening meal at 6pm.  There will be limited availability for the sleepover.  The session will end at 12.30pm on Sunday.

Bookings will close 26 October 2025 or earlier if all sessions are filled.

Upon receipt of your booking you will receive an invoice.  All payments are non-refundable.  All information and updates will be supplied digitally.

Transport and badges are not included in the cost.  Please see the booking form information about purchasing badges.

Please note that access to the site is restricted to a 35 seater coach.  Please make sure travel companies understand this as they often send larger coaches even for smaller numbers.   It is a long 30 minute walk from the drop off point if the coach is larger than 35 seat. Minibuses will have easier access.

Ratios must be maintained in line with Girlguiding regulations.  For the overnight there must be a minimum of two adults who have completed Girlguiding recruitment checks and any relevant Safer Guiding training.  If in doubt email [email protected].  You do not an overnight licence to attend this event.
